Bankruptcy Trustee

Bankruptcy trustee is a person who talkes legal title to the property of the debtor and holds it in trust for the equitable distribution among the creditors. Bankruptcy trustee is usually assigned by the court or in some jurisdictions, the creditors select the trustee subject to court's approval.
